1. The Board shall have powers to enroll only individuals as life members and such members shall enjoy their membership during their life time.

2. The payments for becoming a new Life member will be decided by the Board of Directors from time to time and shall be detailed in the Rules and regulations.

3. After the death of Life Member his/her one direct descendent legal heir (son or daughter) shall be eligible to become the Life Member, if desired by them, on payment of special one time subscription, which shall be determined by the Board of Directors from time to time as per the Rules and regulations. Such right can be exercised by the life member within one year from the date of death or in case of minor within one year of completing eighteen years. In case they want to enroll their descendent during their life time, it can be done on payment of special one time subscription which will be determined by the Board of Directors from time to time in line with the Rules and regulations, however, such heirs will have no more right of becoming a member after their death as given above.

4. Any individual desirous of availing of Gymkhana facilities shall sign and submit prescribed form along with the requisite subscription and the Board shall at its sole discretion shall decide as to the eligibility of an individual for admittance as “Life Member” and under this Rule, the Board shall not be bound to assign any reason whatsoever for their decision which shall be final, conclusive and binding on the individual.
